Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting at $27/hour with opportunity to quickly increase to $30/hour based on performance

About Us
We are a growing psychiatric mental health clinic specializing in innovative treatments including Spravato and TMS therapy. While many of our patients are treated through telehealth services, our Las Vegas clinic provides in-person care for patients receiving Spravato treatments, TMS therapy, medication management, and psychotherapy services.
We are currently seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Spravato Coordinator to oversee and support our Spravato program while ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every patient who enters our clinic.
Position Overview
The Spravato Coordinator plays a critical role in the daily operations of our Spravato treatment program. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with all clinic protocols, supporting patient care and safety, coordinating treatment flow, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
This role requires someone who is professional, empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a mental health environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily Spravato treatment operations
- Ensure compliance with all Spravato REMS program requirements and clinic protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Monitor and manage clinic workflows and scheduling
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and providers in a friendly and professional manner
- Support patients throughout their treatment experience with warmth, patience, and empathy
- Communicate effectively with providers, leadership, and administrative staff
- Assist with medication inventory processes and clinic organization
- Help maintain a calm, safe, and supportive clinic environment
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare, medical office, behavioral health, or psychiatric clinic experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in sensitive situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with controlled substances and maintaining compliance with DEA regulations strongly preferred
- Experience with Spravato, TMS, psychiatry, or mental health services is a major plus
- Familiarity with medical documentation systems and scheduling software preferred
