At B.E.S.T. Sports Training, we believe every child deserves a positive first experience in sports. We serve kids from walking age through 15, combining structured skill development with a genuine focus on confidence, teamwork, and fun. Our programs span multiple states and are built on consistency, quality coaching, and strong operational systems. We're looking for a warm, driven, and organized person to take ownership of the team that makes it all possible.

THE ROLE

You'll oversee our full staffing lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance support.
You will do this in a small, collaborative environment where your work has a direct and visible impact every day.

We welcome applications from recent graduates, current students, and professionals transitioning from other fields. We'll invest in training the right person, what matters most is your drive, organizational instincts, and genuine care for the people around you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead recruiting across multiple markets and states
• Manage postings, pipelines, and candidate communication
• Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions
• Oversee onboarding so new hires feel set up for success
• Build and manage training processes for all coaching staff
• Create and maintain staffing schedules across all programs
• Handle real-time coverage challenges and last-minute callouts
• Partner with leadership on staffing strategy and growth planning

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced environment. Internships, part-time work, or campus leadership all count
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

During peak program seasons, some evening or weekend availability may be needed — we'll always communicate this in advance and work with your schedule where we can.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $43,000 – $47,000 annually
