- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with travel retail data providers.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of data sources, fostering trust and transparency.
- Review and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Diligently review data to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Act as a problem solver, proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven changes to enhance CHANEL's global presence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into reports.
- Communicate insights to our Travel Retail Teams, keeping CHANEL at the forefront of the industry.
- Contribute to CHANEL's Monthly Reports, providing clarity and context to analyzed data on the travel retail industry.
- Curate industry articles to create monthly newsletter adapted to be shared with different teams.
- Present information in a clear and concise manner with a keen eye for aesthetic and creative sensitivity.
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to present data in a visually compelling and easy-to-understand format.
- Ensure timely updates of the Power BI platform with the latest data for real-time insights.
- Contribute to the improvement and expansion of existing data models.
- Assist the Junior Business Intelligence Manager and the Strategic Projects & Insights Director in daily operations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Work closely with CHANEL's Global Insight team to help to conduct surveys within airports worldwide.
- Responsively address Ad hoc analysis requests and questions from CHANEL colleagues.
- Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to guide decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (e.g., Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science).
- Proven experience in data analysis or similar role, preferably in the travel retail and/or luxury industry.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Experience with Power Query is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Keen eye for aesthetic and creative sensitivity, ensuring precision and visual harmony in all aspects of the role.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Internship agreement required
- Starting Date :1st January 2025
