Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area, and assisting with food preparation and presentation. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are displayed attractively and in accordance with food safety standards.
• Assist in food preparation, including cooking, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during breakfast service.

Experience
Candidates should possess a range of skills that enhance their ability to perform effectively in this role:

• Kitchen experience or culinary background is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in hospitality or restaurant
• Previous experience as a host/host or in guest services is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential for interacting with guests.
