Sterilization/Lab Technician And Patient Care Coordinator

We're looking to add TWO awesome people to our team! We're seeking a Sterilization/Lab Technician and a Patient Care Coordinator.

What you'll be doing as a Sterilization/Lab Technician:

-Ensure all instruments and treatment areas are safely cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized to meet the highest standards. This role keeps our office running smoothly by preparing sterile trays, maintaining infection control, and supporting the clinical team.

-Be responsible for fabricating orthodontic appliances, managing digital workflows, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of lab products.

-Help take care of any miscellaneous tasks that pop up! It's all about supporting the team and making sure everything runs smoothly for great results

What you'll be doing as a Patient Care Coordinator:

-Serve as the central connection between patients, providers, and our orthodontic team.

-Welcome patients and families, manage phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly, communicate with dental offices and providers to coordinate care, handle payments, and assist with financial questions.

Who we're looking for:

-You can handle a fast-paced day with grace

-You like working behind the scenes and staying organized

-You're meticulous, reliable, and detail oriented.

-No previous orthodontic experience required. Although preferred, we value personality and attitude over experience.

-You MUST be a team player. No pot stirrers or drama seekers

-You want to work 3 days per week (~24 hours per week)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
