• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in traffic control and CIVIL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY(desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Directing vehicular and pedestrian traffic at intersections, construction sites, and special events to ensure the safe and orderly flow of traffic.
• Setting up and maintaining traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades according to established safety protocols.
• Communicating effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and fellow team members to coordinate traffic movements and address concerns.
• Monitoring traffic conditions and adjusting traffic control measures as needed to minimize congestion and maintain safety.
• Responding to emergencies and incidents on the roadway by implementing appropriate traffic control procedures.
• Completing required paperwork and documentation related to traffic control activities.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as STMS.
• Previous experience in traffic control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Basic understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and solution focused.
• Willing to work long hours, early starts or late nights - Monday to Friday

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Morning shift
