Stock Taker - The Chawke Pub Group

We operate several iconic locations, including Aunty Lena’s, Box'd Coffee, Fired Up Pizza, The Old Orchard, Dropping Well, Searsons, The Bank on College Green, The Goat, The Oval, Bill Chawkes and Lord Lucan.

Each location offers its own unique atmosphere, but all share the high standards of quality, service, and community engagement that The Chawke Group is known for. We are looking for a diligent and reliable Stock Taker to join our team and ensure that our pubs and venues run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular stock counts at all Chawke Group locations
• Accurately record stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Work closely with management to ensure correct stock rotation and minimise waste.
• Analyse stock data and provide detailed reports to senior management.
• Assist in setting stock control procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure stock levels align with business needs.
• Identify trends in stock usage and recommend improvements to reduce costs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in stocking, inventory control, or similar role within hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in using stock management systems and Microsoft Excel (Experience with stocktaking software is a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, rotation, and waste reduction best practices.
• A full Irish driving licence and own method of transport is essential.
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
