Store Accountant

1. General Accounting

• Record all financial transactions in the accounting system or bookkeeping software.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and other financial schedules.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.

2. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management when needed.

3. BIR Compliance and Government Reporting

• Prepare and file BIR tax returns such as:
• BIR Form 2550M / 2550Q (VAT Returns)
• BIR Form 2551Q (Percentage Tax), if applicable
• BIR Form 1601-C (Withholding on Compensation)
• BIR Form 0619-E / 1601-E / 1601EQ (Expanded Withholding Tax)
• BIR Form 2316, 1604-E, 1604-CF, and other annual reports
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Alpha List submissions.
• Monitor BIR registration renewals and compliance permits.

4. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Issue official receipts and billing statements to clients.
• Monitor collections and prepare aging of receivables reports.

5. Internal Control and Documentation

• Ensure completeness and proper organization of supporting documents such as invoices, official receipts, delivery receipts, and purchase orders.
• Recommend improvements to accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
