Brief Description and Purpose of the Position

The Convenience Store Sales Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring smooth retail operations. This role supports sales activities, maintains store cleanliness, and contributes to a positive shopping experience.

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries

• Handle complaints professionally

• Promote a friendly and helpful store environment

• Suggest items and cross-sell products

• Provide accurate product information

• Monitor promotional displays

• Operate POS systems and process payments

• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges

• Ensure transaction accuracy

• Restock shelves and coolers

• Check expiration dates and rotate stock

• Maintain product displays and cleanliness

• Keep counters and aisles clean and organized

• Follow health and safety protocols

• Report hazards or equipment issues

• Coordinate with store crew and supervisors

• Participate in shift handovers

• Support opening and closing procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php14,040.00 per month
