Store Operations Manager (Houston, Tx) – Chinese Speaking Preferred

We are a fast-growing retail brand expanding across the U.S., with a strong focus on community engagement and operational excellence. As we prepare for aggressive store expansion in the coming years, we’re seeking an experienced, bilingual Store Operations Manager to lead our flagship location in Houston.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store performance by executing sales strategies, optimizing inventory, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
  • Oversee all daily operations including staffing, customer service, loss prevention, and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through structured training, goal setting, and performance management.
  • Champion company culture and ensure consistent communication of brand values and corporate policies.
  • Build strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and business partners to support smooth operations and brand reputation.
  • Play a key role in future store openings—contributing to site selection, operational setup, and team scaling.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of retail store management experience, with at least 3 years as a Store Manager or Operations Lead in a major U.S. retail chain.
  • Proven track record at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, or similar large-format retailers.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English; Chinese heritage or cultural fluency strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial acumen (P&L responsibility experience a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with hands-on operational involvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with equivalent experience.
