Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations Management

• Supervise and lead store staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and overall store standards at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.

2. Team Leadership & Development

• Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Assist in training and motivating staff to maintain a positive work environment.

3. Customer Service

• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.

4. Inventory & Cash Management

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accurate sales reporting.

5. Sales & Reporting

• Track daily and monthly sales performance.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Area Manager regarding operations, staffing, and store updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and basic reporting.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to assignment in different llao llao branches as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
