Job Description:

As a Store Supervisor in the Food & Beverage industry, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies.

2. Customer Service:

- Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.

- Train and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service.

3. Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.

- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.

- Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.

4. Financial Management:

- Monitor and manage store budgets, including controlling costs and optimizing profitability.

- Handle cash management, including daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.

5. Sales and Marketing:

- Implement sales strategies to increase store revenue.

- Promote and execute marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.

- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to upper management.

6. Quality Control:

- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served meets company standards.

- Implement and oversee sanitation and cleanliness protocols.

7. Customer Experience:

- Enhance the customer experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

- Address and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.

8. Reporting:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and staff productivity.

- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding store operations and any issues that arise.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

- A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle challenging situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
