Strategic Amazon Account Manager (Wfh)

Job Title: Strategic Amazon Account Manager
Working Schedule : Monday to Friday - 3pm to 11pm Manila Time
Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and growth-driven Strategic Amazon Account Manager to lead marketplace strategy, performance optimization, and revenue growth across Amazon platforms. This is a strategic role focused on data analysis, business intelligence, competitive positioning, and AI-driven decision-making — not clerical account maintenance.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical capabilities and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and marketplace analytics to drive scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities : Strategic Growth & Business Planning

  • Develop and execute long-term Amazon growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Own revenue, margin, and market share targets
  • Identify expansion opportunities (new categories, geographies, FBA/FBM optimization, etc.)
  • Build quarterly and annual business plans based on data-driven insights

Advanced Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, traffic metrics, ACoS, TACoS, contribution margins, and profitability
  • Use analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) to extract actionable insights
  • Identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory planning
  • Conduct cohort, keyword, competitor, and pricing analysis
  • Build dashboards and performance reports for executive decision-making

AI & Automation Utilization

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, machine learning tools) for:
  • Listing optimization and content testing
  • Advertising bid strategy modeling
  • Demand forecasting and trend prediction
  • Review sentiment analysis
  • Automated reporting and data visualization
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes
  • Utilize AI-driven tools for competitor benchmarking and dynamic pricing strategies

Advertising & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and oversee Amazon PPC strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, ACoS, and lifetime value metrics
  • Analyze keyword performance and search term reports
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve CTR and conversion rates

Competitive Intelligence & Market Positioning

  • Conduct deep competitor and market analysis
  • Monitor category trends and algorithm updates
  • Develop differentiated positioning strategies
  • Perform SWOT and pricing elasticity analysis

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with supply chain, finance, marketing, and product teams
  • Provide data-backed strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead periodic business reviews with stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of Amazon marketplace management experience
  • Proven success driving revenue growth on Amazon
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Experience using AI tools and automation platforms for business optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
