- Full Time
What You Will Do
- Define and Operationalize Strategy: Build and execute the merchant experience strategy to reduce merchant-driven defects, improve platform reliability, and unlock hardware monetization. Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across teams.
- Drive Structural Improvements: Lead the charge on timeliness and reliability by eliminating core merchant pain points. Embed operational excellence as a primary growth lever, turning experience improvements into measurable marketplace impact.
- Own Performance Measurement: Track critical KPIs (e.g., reliability, defects, courier/food wait times). Generate actionable insights from data, translate them into concrete action plans, and report outcomes directly to leadership.
- Execute Cross-Functionally across EMEA: Partner closely with Country Operations, Commercial, Product, Merchant Tech, and Logistics teams to streamline workflows, scale automation, and strengthen the systems that support our merchants.
- Champion the Merchant: Act as the voice of the merchant internally. Ensure our business decisions prioritize seamless, transparent experiences that set our restaurant partners up for long-term success on the platform.
- Experience: 3+ years in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking with a strong track record of structuring ambiguous challenges into concrete action plans.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets. You can run detailed quantitative analyses, interpret data, and structure narratives to present actionable insights to diverse audiences.
- Industry & Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with merchant tooling ecosystems (POS systems, aggregators) and emerging in-store tech (e.g., smart scales). Experience managing hardware logistics in a B2B2C environment is highly preferred.
- Execution & Content Creation: Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly identify performance drivers, build Go-To-Market (GTM) materials, and develop scalable operational playbooks.
- Mindset: A highly resourceful, collaborative, and innovative "can-do" approach to complex problem-solving.
