Your Role & Responsibilities

• Organising work placements: securing new companies, placing students, arranging monitoring visits
• Organising host family accommodation: securing new host families, placing students
• Organising airport transfers and local transport
• Supporting students while they are in Dublin and resolving any problems
• Presenting ADC programmes to prospective partner schools
• Undertaking any other ancillary duties as required by the line-manager

General skills

• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people (European students, HR professionals, Company Directors, Managers, colleagues with various cultural backgrounds)
• Professional written and spoken English skills
• Practical knowledge of MS Office programmes or strong interest in developing these skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work well under pressure
• Team player, with a professional, friendly attitude and willingness to help
• Ability to adapt and be sensitive to a variety of different cultures and backgrounds
• Strong sense of empathy and self-awareness

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 Euros per year + Bonuses

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
