Your role in our team.

You are part of our Creative Studio Team, a team with different roles within creative photoproduction, working together to build and strengthen the Lindex brand. As Studio Host you are an important piece of the puzzle in making the machinery work. You are responsible for ensuring that all our visitors are well taken care of – from grown-ups to playful kids. We would like you to make sure that our premises are functioning and inviting. And you are not afraid to jump in and help out whenever a team or colleague needs a helping hand.

We understand that you want to know more about the role! Here are some more examples of what’s included: you receive visitors and deliveries, answer phone calls and keep all public areas neat and presentable. You provide breakfast, coffee, snacks and lunch for our visitors and photo team during the photo day, as well as order supplies when needed. The role also includes being first point of contact with landlord, janitor, cleaning as well as security company. You are coordinating and collaborating closely with headquarters regarding facility services and suppliers. When needed, this role requires flexibility in working hours, early start or late evening, for example when there is a campaign production in the studio.

This is a substitute position for one year, with the possibility of extension.
