Who We Are

Ninja Nation ATX is Austin's premier ninja warrior gym and obstacle course arena, and yeah, it's as awesome as it sounds. We host birthday parties, summer camps, field trips, and open gym sessions for kids, families, and adults who love to move, challenge themselves, and have a blast doing it.

We're part of a nationally recognized franchise with world-class obstacles, and we're building an Olympic-level reputation for ninja sport in Austin. Our facility is 100% indoors and air-conditioned, because Austin summers are no joke.

The Role

As a Camp Counselor / Arena Host, you'll be on the floor every day, running obstacle stations, leading games, spotting kids on the course, and making sure every kid walks out with a smile and a story to tell. You'll also help run field trips and assist with some of the most fun birthday parties in Austin.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be moving, laughing, coaching, and probably attempting a few obstacles yourself.

What You'll Actually Do

• Lead kids through obstacle course stations and open play
• Run safety talks that are engaging, not boring (we promise)
• Spot kids on obstacles and keep the floor safe and exciting
• Set up games and challenges for camps and field trips
• Bring the energy every single shift, because kids can tell when you mean it
• Work alongside a team of coaches who genuinely love what they do

Requirements

• Passion for fitness, play, and working with kids of all ages
• Ability to stand, move quickly, and stay engaged for your full shift
• Clear, friendly communication with kids, parents, and teammates
• Background check and drug test required for non-minors
• No experience required, we'll train the right person

Entry-Level Friendly. Good Attitude Required.
