About the Role:

You’ll be supporting amazing individuals with a range of disabilities in their day-to-day lives — helping with home tasks, encouraging independence, and maybe even sharing a laugh or two. This is a job for someone who’s practical, patient, and passionate about people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, or organizing
• Supporting clients with different physical or intellectual disabilities in a respectful and person-centered way
• Offering caring and empowering personal support (as needed)
• Being a friendly companion and cheerleader for life’s small (and big) wins
• Helping maintain a safe, calm, and happy home environment

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have previous experience in disability or community support
• Are a great communicator who’s empathetic and down-to-earth
• Can think on your feet and roll with life’s ups and downs
• Respect boundaries, encourage independence, and know how to listen

Bonus Points For:

• Current Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar (preferred)
