Expeditor ensures smooth spare parts order flow, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Needs 2–4 yrs manufacturing exp, strong communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Description

Responsible for managing the aftermarket spare parts, from order entry to delivery to our customers. This requires managing logistics, resolving issues arising from the competing priorities, communicating with customers on order status including potential delays, and other issues that may arise. This is a client facing position and key responsibility of this position is to ensure on time delivery of spare parts to our customers.

● Planning and Monitoring all spare part orders
● Ensures that processes required for orders (purchase orders / work orders / shipment documentation / export compliance) are done in a timely manner
● Provides feedback to customer facing teams with tracking / ETA for shipments
● Researches process improvements and implement best practices for timely deliveries
● Responds to any part issues or complaint
● Other Duties as required.

EDUCATION
High School Education with manufacturing background

EXPERIENCE
● 2-4 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production or repair center.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
