• You manage collaboration with internal and external stakeholders—from vendors to the warehouse to internal teams—and skillfully align differing interests.
• You negotiate with vendors on equal footing, identify their needs, address conflicts when necessary, and achieve sustainable win-win solutions.
• You analyze data, extract relevant insights, and translate them into concrete actions to optimize processes, tools, and the entire supply chain.
• You actively contribute to the team, support colleagues, foster a positive team culture, and stay flexible when priorities shift in day-to-day operations.

You recognize yourself in the following

• You speak German at a native level and English fluently. Dutch language skills are a plus.
• You are confident in analyzing data, deriving relevant insights, and translating them into concrete actions.
• You have at least two years of experience in supply chain management.
• You think solution-oriented, question existing processes, and actively drive improvements.
• You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and conduct negotiations purposefully and in a collaborative manner.
