Supply Chain Manager (Fmcg)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement and logistics to inventory management and distribution. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Oversee the logistics function, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
