About this Role:

The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across thecompany’s logistics, procurement, and fulfillment functions. This role will develop and

implement process improvements, define and manage key performance metrics, and lead

cross-functional initiatives to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality execution in the

distribution of solar tracker and foundation components. This position requires a blend of analytical problem-solving, process design, and leadership capabilities to improve team performance, strengthen vendor and customer alignment, and enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility.


What You'll Do:
  • Analyze supply chain workflows across order management, logistics, inventory control,
  • and procurement to identify inefficiencies and develop standard operating procedures
  • for critical processes
  • Manage domestic content requirements for supply chain compliance and certification
  • Define and track key performance metrics including on-time delivery, fulfillment
  • accuracy, freight cost per MW, inventory turns, and supplier performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility, using data insights
  • to proactively address risks, delays, and cost inefficiencies
  • Lead and mentor supply chain coordinators, buyers, and logistics personnel while
  • fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to align priorities
  • and ensure customer satisfaction while managing vendor and carrier relationships
  • Oversee day-to-day operational execution, escalate critical issues impacting project
  • timelines, and lead root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions
  • Drive integration of WMS and NetSuite systems, partnering with IT to optimize
  • workflows, integrations, and data accuracy
  • Some travel may be required. Up to 10%
  • This role will evolve over time.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3–6 years of supply chain or operations experience in construction materials,
  • renewable energy, industrial distribution, or project-based logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or
  • related field
  • Proven track record implementing process improvements and driving measurable
  • performance through operational metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify bottlenecks and use
  • data to drive decisions
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) and system optimization
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership—able to influence without
  • direct authority
  • Adaptable and results-driven in fast-paced, growth environments
  • Working knowledge of freight management, Incoterms, and international logistics
  • preferred
