Do you thrive in the great outdoors, love staying active, and bring positive energy to everything you do? We’re looking for a vibrant Support Worker with experience in disability and mental health who enjoys a sporty lifestyle and wants to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a participant who loves being out and about—whether it’s going for a walk, playing sports, swimming, attending community events, or simply enjoying the sunshine. Your role is to provide tailored, person-centred support that encourages independence, builds confidence, and promotes wellbeing—while having fun along the way!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting outdoor, recreational, and community-based activities
• Encouraging engagement, participation, and social connections
• Providing companionship and building positive routines
• Assisting with day-to-day tasks (as needed)
• Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and active
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic
• Experienced in supporting people with disability and mental health needs
• Reliable and committed to providing consistent, high-quality support
• A genuine team player with a positive outlook

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in sports, recreation, or outdoor activities
• Hold a current driver’s licence and have access to a car
• Hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, & relevant qualifications
