Location: Cork and Surrounding Area

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: €39,000 to €46,000

Surface Magic is expanding! We are looking for Surface Repair Technicians to join our team and help drive our continued success.

In this role, you will carry out high-quality surface repairs but also take on key responsibilities in liaising with Site Managers, working with a team of technicians and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

The Role

As a Surface Repair Technician you will:

• Carry out professional surface repairs on-site, working across various locations within your region.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Site Foreperson and clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest repair techniques, materials and industry developments.

What we're looking for:

• Some experience in surface repairs desirable but full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to match colours accurately.
• Self motivated, professional & reliable.
• Excellent communitcation and leadership skills.
• Previous experience of working within a team is highly desirable.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
