Assignment Description

Are you a skilled Java developer who enjoys building applications in Linux environments? We’re looking for a consultant who thrives in a technical setting and wants to contribute across the full development cycle – from concept to deployment.

About the role:

You will work with application development in Java, primarily in a Linux-based environment. The role includes everything from requirements gathering and design to implementation, integration, and testing. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to building robust, scalable solutions. An interest in understanding the full system – both software and hardware – is highly valued.

We’re looking for someone who has:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electronics, mechatronics, or similar

Several years of experience in software development

Strong skills in Java

Solid experience working in Linux environments

It’s a plus if you also have:

Experience with integration and testing

Experience as a system engineer or software architect

Experience working close to hardware or with embedded systems with C/C++

Other relevant information

Work is in Stockholm with limited hybrid opportunities
