System Analyst

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in evaluating hardware, software, and network systems, and the ability to collaborate with management and staff to identify system requirements and improvements. You will also prepare cost-benefit analyses, oversee implementation and testing, and ensure new systems meet organizational goals within budget and timelines. Job Responsibility:
Analyze existing business systems and develop and implement improved solutions to enhance organizational performance, efficiency, and productivity.

Job Duties:

• Review and assess current IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, and network configurations.
• Collaborate with management and staff to identify system needs and business requirements.
• Design and plan new system solutions to resolve existing challenges and improve functionality.
• Prepare detailed cost-benefit and feasibility analyses for proposed system changes.
• Work closely with the IT department to execute and integrate new system plans.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure new systems perform effectively and meet specifications.
• Document and report on progress, improvements achieved, and any encountered issues.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for staff on new systems.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends in information systems.
• Ensure all projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.

Qualification:

· AQF bachelor’s degree or higher

· Min 3 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
