System Analyst
  • To provide Company with reliable and up-to-date technology and related ERP/IT services, specifically aimed at improving Company’s overall efficiency
  • Analyze NMDC's current systems and business models, and recommend updates in coordination with the Senior System Analyst
  • Map and document interfaces between legacy systems and new systems
  • Consult with the Immediate Line Manager or Department Head to define the role of IT systems within the organization
  • Research emerging technologies to evaluate their potential to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with IT/ERP deployment teams to manage configuration changes, workflows, business process scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards
  • Conduct application system program analysis and debugging
  • Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations and training materials
  • Assist with functional migration to new IT/ERP systems, including data conversion, cleansing, de-duplication, and maintenance
  • Work with functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing
  • Identify potential solutions and assess their technical and business suitability
  • Perform requirements analysis and prepare proposals for modified or replacement systems in coordination with the Senior System Analyst
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
  • Oversee the implementation of new systems, including data migration, and manage planning and deadlines flexibly
  • Provide training and user manuals for new systems
  • Devise methods to add new functionality to existing computer systems
  • Design and develop new systems by selecting and configuring appropriate hardware and software
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to tailor them to organizational needs
  • Perform troubleshooting and research and development to resolve issues
  • Maintain core information records, code files, and various table records
  • Prepare timely and accurate narrative reports, including quarterly consolidated and ad hoc reports, as required by the Department Head
  • Promote and ensure compliance with the organization’s Health & Safety policies
  • Actively participate in the safety program to contribute to a safer working environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
