Join Our Team as a Systems & Product Specialist (Remote – Canada/US)

Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to build expertise in SaaS products and workflows? Data Skill Source is hiring a Systems & Product Operations Specialist to help our clients configure, manage, and optimize the tools that keep their businesses running.

This is a remote role open to candidates in Canada or the US, with consistent work (30+ hours/week). This position will involve hands-on system administration, product knowledge, and workflow ownership — ideal for someone with SaaS and project/program management experience, or someone looking to grow into that career path.

What You’ll Do

✅ Configure and administer SaaS platforms (CRMs, task/project management tools, ticketing systems).
✅ Build deep product knowledge to support clients’ evolving needs and workflows.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve system or configuration issues quickly and effectively.
✅ Partner with client teams to improve workflows, processes, and data flows.
✅ Document configurations, permissions, and setup decisions to ensure continuity.
✅ Support project/program management tasks — tracking progress, flagging risks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
✅ Contribute to professional services/managed services delivery as we expand globally.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with SaaS platforms and comfort with system configuration/admin.
• Background or strong interest in product management, program/project management, or technical support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools or workflows.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• (Bonus) Experience in professional services, managed services, or outsourcing environments.
