We’re on the lookout for an Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team at Oda! In this role, you will play an instrumental part in building great teams by ensuring we have the right people in the right places. In this role, you’ll mainly be involved in high-volume hiring processes in fulfillment & distribution, as well as leadership recruitment within those areas. As part of the Talent Team, you will play a key role in shaping how we work together to ensure a positive candidate experience while screening candidates through evidence-based methods.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and manage candidate communication with a focus on employer branding, primarily within our operations.

What you’ll do as Talent Acquisition Advisor with us
Finding, contacting and attracting qualified candidates through advertising and sourcing when necessary.
Interview candidates using competency-based interviewing techniques.
Facilitate offers and employment contracts, together with hiring managers.
Ensure that relevant KPI:s and process data are being collected and can be followed up upon.
Lead and assist i recruitment various recruitment processes within Fulfillment & Delivery.
Take part in various projects to support the business & improving ways of working within the People space.
To be successful in this role, we believe you…
Experience working with recruitment in high pace environments.
Proven skills in interviewing and organizing high volume recruitment processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate & collaborate successfully with different types of people.
Fully fluent language skills in English & Norwegian, in both written and verbal communication.
To thrive in this role, it’s important that you enjoy working on projects in a dynamic environment where changes and business processes move quickly. The ability to think objectively, without prejudice or bias, is essential. Additionally, a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize from a holistic perspective will be key to your success.

Our warehouses are located in Lier & Lørenskog, with a central office in Tøyen. This role will primarily be based from the Lier office, with flexibility to work from Tøyen or remotely when appropriate.
