Job Description
Are you ready to make an impact in the world of recruitment? Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in shaping our workforce. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Lead and Divisional TA Manager to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions that attract top-tier talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, build talent pools, and source both active and passive candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including creative job ads, application screening, stakeholder advice, interview coordination, and feedback delivery.
- Craft targeted, compelling advertisements that showcase our employment brand and appeal to the best candidates.
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless and positive recruitment journey.
- Shortlist, recommend, and negotiate with key stakeholders to ensure the perfect match.
- Report on recruitment progress and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
You’ll have the support of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Administrator and a wider team to help you succeed in this fast-paced, rewarding role.
Qualifications
You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and have the drive to provide exceptional candidate and stakeholder advice and care. Also you will have:
- Proven experience in internal recruitment.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing techniques – you don’t just rely on advertisements; you know how to uncover hidden talent and think creatively to attract the best candidates.
- A strategic mindset, always looking for innovative solutions to meet workforce needs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a personable and approachable style.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
