We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our North American agent service delivery hiring initiatives. This hybrid position is ideally suited for someone based in Barrie or the surrounding area, with the ability to work onsite 2 days per week.The ideal candidate is a proven recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience, passionate about coaching teams, leveraging data and technology, and driving process improvements in the talent space. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and coach recruiters, support hiring needs (especially support roles), and build a future-forward TA function that integrates AI and automation to deliver smarter, faster outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Lead and coach a small team of recruiters, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management
Oversee recruitment for agent services in North America, supporting hiring for both volume and specialized roles
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring plans with business needs
Leverage data, dashboards, and reporting to track key hiring metrics and identify areas for improvement
Identify and implement process improvements across the TA lifecycle to increase efficiency and candidate quality
Champion the use of AI and recruiting technologies to enhance the candidate experience and recruiter productivity
Serve as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex hiring challenges
Ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or mentoring role
Demonstrated experience in coaching, people development, and team leadership
Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, metrics, and dashboards
Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and automation technologies
Skilled in problem-solving, process optimization, and navigating ambiguity
Confident communicator, collaborator, and influencer across various levels of the organization
Highly organized with a bias for action and continuous improvement
Salary $67,000 - $75,000
