Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive employer branding initiatives. This role will play a critical part in scaling our team, improving our hiring practices, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 1 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
