Working across our three Australian resorts, this role offers the flexibility to be based onsite at one of our beautiful resorts or to work remotely if preferred. Reporting to the Human Resources Senior Manager , this key role will Manage the recruitment, selection, onboarding and offboarding operations and strategies for the Australian region to ensure the appropriate quality and quantity of candidates are gained to fill required staffing needs.

In a typical day in this role, you might:

  • Provide leadership, mentoring and support for the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high quality recruitment, selection, onboarding and offboarding services across the region
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the end-to-end recruitment process including review and maintenance of a suite of recruitment resources and systems
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and provide coaching and support to develop capability and to ensure the recruitment services aligns to business needs
  • Provide training and support to the wider HR team, supervisors and managers regarding onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist the HR and Finance Directors with budgetary and headcount oversight, by ensuring hiring is conducted within budgeted parameters.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (Required).
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources (Required).
  • Team leadership, supervisory or management experience (Required).
  • Experience in a high volume recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Information Systems and other related HR software and tools (Desirable).
  • An understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance (Desirable).
