Talent Acquisition Partner

Overview:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and overseeing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition across the APAC region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, and Taiwan).

This position will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. The key responsibility will be to attract and secure high-quality talent through tried and tested direct sourcing strategies and channels.

The ideal candidate will bring strong direct sourcing capabilities, expertise in Workday Recruiting, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment across multiple APAC functions, from entry to senior-level positions.
  • Leverage a diverse range of sourcing channels and strategies to proactively engage and attract high level candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, from salary proposals to working with cross-functional HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Act as a trusted TA business partner to key stakeholders, providing insights on the talent market, industry trends, and hiring outlooks.
  • Optimize Workday Recruiting as the ATS to track recruitment progress.
  • Utilize Workday Recruiting to generate accurate, real-time recruitment data insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and providing visibility into key recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Ensure recruitment practices and processes comply with the best practices and regulations of each market and country.
  • Lead training initiatives for hiring managers to enhance their interview techniques and skills, helping them improve their ability to assess and evaluate candidates effectively.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic organization. Experience in a headhunting or agency environment is a plus.
  • Proven experience working across the APAC region, with a deep understanding of local talent markets, hiring practices, and cultural nuances.
  • Advanced experience using Workday Recruiting to manage recruitment processes, track metrics, and generate insights.
  • Experience in Early Careers / University Relations programs will be desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to present complex recruitment data and insights in a clear and actionable way.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities, especially during the offer stage, to secure top talent while aligning with organizational compensation strategies.
