Key duties and responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across all levels to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Advise managers on best practices for selection and assessment.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment with overall talent strategy.
- Support and participate in global initiatives, such as:
- Employer branding activities.
- Contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition.
- Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment for a wide range of roles and levels.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media platforms.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
