We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Team on a 12-month fixed term contract, partnering closely with hospital sites to deliver impactful workforce solutions.
The opportunity
In this strategic, hands-on role, you’ll work alongside hospital leaders and workforce teams to design and deliver recruitment programs that support short- and long-term workforce planning. You’ll be a trusted partner on the ground, balancing big-picture thinking with the pace and complexity of high-volume recruitment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative talent programs, supporting hard-to-fill roles, and ensuring Ramsay continues to attract, engage and retain exceptional people across our hospital network.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with hospital stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions
- Leading and delivering volume recruitment campaigns and workforce programs
- Providing strategic recruitment advice aligned to workforce planning and business priorities
- Managing end-to-end nursing recruitment across multiple roles and sites
- Championing an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Using data and insights to inform recruitment strategies and continuously improve outcomes
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a complex environment
- Demonstrated success managing volume recruitment and workforce programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- A strategic mindset, paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- A genuine passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
