That’s why we are looking for our next Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a high-performance team whose main responsibilities will be:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial stages through to final offer (end-to-end process).

• Working closely with Hiring Managers to design annual recruitment strategies.

• Identifying potential candidates through key attraction and sourcing strategies.

• Participating in strategic HR projects, driving improvement initiatives to strengthen our talent pipeline.

• Acting as a strategic advisor for recruitment processes (market insights, compensation, experience across different levels).

We are looking for someone who brings:

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (regional), in fast-growing companies, managing the process from early stages through to hiring

• Advanced Spanish and/or English
