As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our talent acquisition efforts across Asia Pacific. You will be leading the full cycle recruitment, proactively build a robust talent pipeline, and share valuable market insights to meet hiring needs. Your contribution will help elevate our recruitment standards and practices, ensuring that we attract high-quality talents and provide seamless candidate experience.

This will be a full-time contract role for 8 months.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

  • Implement talent acquisition strategies: Develop and enhance talent acquisition strategies to enhance recruitment standards and practices, ensuring a consistent and efficient recruitment process.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from coordination, initial candidate engagement and pipeline management to offer negotiation.
  • Innovative sourcing strategies: Identify and engage with high-quality candidates through diverse channels.
  • Collaboration and Business stakeholder Management : Proactively collaborate with the HR Partners and hiring managers, gaining insights to their business challenges and recruitment needs, and propose relevant solutions. Maintain transparent communication regarding recruitment progress.
  • Data- Driven Approach : Utilize hiring data to develop and execute on more efficient hiring processes.
  • Candidate and Stakeholder Experience : Ensure a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to the onboarding process.
  • ATS and Assessment Tools Specialist : Manage and optimize the recruitment software systems. Utilize a deep understand of assessment tools and know how in analyzing results to provide meaningful insights and recommendation to hiring managers.
  • Project Management : Manage recruitment projects, including but not limited to process improvement initiatives and employer branding campaigns.
  • Diversity and Inclusion : Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process to attract a diverse range of candidates.

Profile

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have…

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced environment, with a strong preference for experience in the wine and spirits, FMCG, or luxury goods sectors.
  • Proven experience with regional recruiting strategies and execution
  • Experience in identifying needs, develop and execute recruiting strategies including advance sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in proactive talent mapping and presenting market insights to business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and systems, including ATS and HRIS.
  • Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement improvements to enhance the overall recruiting processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions.
  • Strong record in leading recruitment process projects and sharing best practices.
  • A highly organized individual who can navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving business environments.
