Talent Acquisition Partner - Fixed Term Contract

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Dublin. This role is pivotal in scaling our business by attracting, engaging, and hiring outstanding talent. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience while championing our employer brand and diversity initiatives.

This is an initial 6-month contract and hybrid role (50% office, 50% remote).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, events, referrals, etc.) to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Deliver a high-touch, inclusive, and transparent experience for all candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Talent Insights to inform hiring decisions.
  • Train and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices and ATS usage.
  • Actively promote and embed inclusive hiring practices across all recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven success in direct sourcing and headhunting for tech and GTM
  • Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives and content creation is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency or proficiency is highly desirable.
