JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Partner II leads recruiting for complex or hard-to-fill roles across broader scopes, functions, or geographies. This role identifies sourcing risks, crafts proactive strategies, and shares best practices with peers. Partners at this level play a key role in recruiter enablement, hiring manager engagement, and workflow discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage recruiting activity for high-complexity or cross-functional roles
- Identify sourcing challenges and propose creative, data-informed solutions
- Coach new recruiters and share operational best practices
- Partner with hiring managers to strengthen alignment and market insights
- Reinforce documentation accuracy and compliance in Workday
- Build recruiting cadence around talent market trends and insights
SUCCESS MARKERS
- Anticipates sourcing challenges and proactively adjusts strategy
- Influences recruiting success across teams through coaching and feedback
- Consistently delivers on quality-of-hire and time-to-fill benchmarks
- Supports peer learning by sharing best practices and coaching newer team members
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4–6 years of recruiting experience, ideally with technical or niche role exposure
- Advanced sourcing skills and strategic pipeline development
- Ability to coach others and influence recruiting workflows
