Role Overview:
The Talent Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations related to talent onboarding, stream scheduling, performance tracking, and financial setup. This role ensures that all talent follows structured workflows to maximise their earnings while meeting the company’s strategic goals. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments, including marketing, finance, and content management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Onboarding & Compliance
- Guide new models through their first week of streaming, ensuring all pre-stream checklist tasks are completed.
- Ensure our talents have a painless onboarding process so they can focus on their career and be the single point of contact with the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and company standards.
Stream & Content Operations
- Schedule streams throughout the week, ensuring optimal time slots to maximise earnings.
- Oversee and manage custom content requests in coordination with the Content Manager.
- Monitor stream consistency and ensure models adhere to promotional and engagement strategies.
Strategy & Performance Management
- Prepare and conduct strategy calls to help models optimise their content and engagement.
- Track key performance metrics, ensuring each model meets their streaming and revenue targets.
- Identify underperforming talent and implement corrective measures to improve results.
Reporting & Process Optimization
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports with performance insights and action plans.
- Work with the Head of Talent Management to refine operational workflows and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing and quality assurance teams to ensure models are aligned with growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent operations, influencer management, or content monetization platforms.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple talents and ensure structured execution of streaming and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with streaming/content monetisation platforms is a plus.
