Job Type: Full-time, In-Person

Overview: Capstone is growing and we are seeking passionate and dynamic educators to join our team as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Substitute for ALL subjects.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to plan and implement lesson plans.
• Monitor student progress and assist with assessments.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively across multiple rooms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Valid state teaching certification (preferred).
• Experience in elementary and/or middle school teaching (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt to various classroom settings and student needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
