Team Lead Project Manager:
What You’ll Do

The Team Leader will oversee the delivery of communication and capacity-building services for EU financial instrument programs.
You will coordinate expert teams, manage Task Orders end-to-end, and act as the main interface with the client.

Responsibilities include:
Understanding client needs and designing appropriate service responses
Managing ~30 Task Orders per year from design to reporting
Ensuring quality delivery, reporting, and stakeholder alignment

️ Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, IT, Communication, or similar)
7+ years in Project Management, including team leadership
Strong experience in communication and event/capacity-building projects
Experience working with EU Institutions / IFIs / similar bodies
Proven leadership in multi-stakeholder, multicultural environments
Excellent English (written & spoken); French is a plus
Project Management certification is an asset
Knowledge of EU financial instruments is a plus
