Team Leader (Project-Based)

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced BPO environment in Cebu City.

You will be responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring performance targets are met, and supporting both the client and internal team to achieve service excellence.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience in sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation who is ready to take ownership of team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team operations and ensure targets are achieved
• Monitor performance and support team members to improve results
• Act as the main point of contact between client and team
• Manage schedules, workload, and productivity
• Track KPIs and report performance updates
• Support coaching, training, and development of team members
• Ensure quality and service standards are met
• Identify improvements to processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (BPO preferred)
• Strong background in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with CRM or lead management tools is an advantage
