Team Leader

Taguig | Mon-Fri | Day Shift |Onsite

We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader to lead our sales team and oversee daily store operations

Qualifications:

• College Level or College Graduate
• With at least 2-4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
• Experience in retail sales is preferred
• Knowledgeable in technology products, especially laptops, computers, and accessories
• Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Assist customers by recommending suitable laptop and tech solutions
• Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among staff
• Monitor sales, inventory, and POS transactions
• Handle customer concerns and support staff training

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
