Team Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand business goals and align team activities to support them.
• Analyze supplier sales performance and identify brands with strong sales and advertising potential.
• Lead and manage team projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with clients to define project objectives and develop effective strategies.
• Monitor team productivity, workload distribution, and task completion.
• Communicate insights, recommendations, and solutions to management and other departments.
• Implement and maintain quality standards, compliance requirements, and process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of outputs.
• Anticipate departmental resource and technology needs and recommend solutions.
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and regular team presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; undergraduates may be considered with at least 2 years of Team Manager experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Experience managing projects and team performance effectively.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is an advantage.
• Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedules during peak periods.
• For Cebu applicants: Must reside in Cebu City, Talisay City, or Mandaue City, or be willing to relocate.
• For Baybay applicants: Must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Baybay.
