Team Manager For Insurance Brokerage

• Lead and manage team operations: Oversee a team of Process Executives and Team Leads, ensuring smooth workflow execution.

Key Experience Required: w/ at least 2 years of Team Manager experience

Must have skills/tools:
w/ experience in handling Insurance Brokerage account
w/ experience in Properties & Casualties Insurance
w/ experience in managing Team Leads and participate in client facing activities

Sample Responsibilities:
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams for escalations and process improvements.
Team development: Coach, mentor, and upskill team members through structured training and feedback.
Reporting and analytics: Prepare regular reports on performance, trends, and improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php122,000.00 per month
