• At least 1 year experience as a SME or TL in a BPO Company
• Ability to lead a team and drive performance
• Has excellent communication skills
• Adaptable to change
• Open to challenges in learning new skills
• Taking full responsibility of the assigned account/s
• Excellent in people management and development skills
• Has strong leadership ability
• Can handle different accounts with different requirements
