Team Member

Looking to hire for our upcoming spring and summer.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting customers
• Make bingsoo, taiyaki, and drinks (menu items) all within our expectations
• Food prep (i.e. strawberries, mango, sugar water, etc)
• Answer customer questions and concerns in a caring and professional manner
• Be able to explain what each menu item is and what it contains in case of allergy restrictions
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pick up additional responsibilities as needed

General Requirements:

• Must be able to commit at least 15 hours a week
• Multi-task skill and adapt to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and good work ethic
• Be able to work under pressure, especially during busy season
• Must be able to commit to work at least 3+ months

Qualifications:

• Team player and communicative
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently with a team well under pressure
• Able to think fast and problem solve different situations
• Think outside the box (street smart)

Pay & Benefits:

• Free bingsoo/taiyaki
• Family and Friends Discount
• Paid training at 19.75/hr. Once you get out of training, pay ranges from 20-24/hr not including bonus. Shift Leads ranges from 24 - 30/hr.
• PTO (available to those who work actively at least 1 year)

What can you expect after getting hired?

No matter what experiences you have prior to Snowy, you'll start off as a trainee. There are benchmarks for how we train up our trainees to ensure product quality so all of them must be met in order to pass out of training. It generally takes 1-2 months for someone to get out of training.

Two weeks probation: we also give 1-2 weeks to assess and see how you fit in with the team and performance. During this period, you'll be trained and be given 1:1 to help you get there. It's also a good time for you to see if you will like working here! :)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
