Duties

• Prepare and bake fresh pretzels and snacks following established recipes and food safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling products to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including food handling, bussing tables, and restocking supplies
• Manage cash register transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Assist in food presentation, packaging, and ensuring quick service during busy periods
• Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right attitude
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting
• Experience with cashiering, serving, or retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and basic kitchen experience is beneficial
• Customer service experience that demonstrates positive communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to handle food safely, perform basic math calculations accurately, and maintain a clean work environment

Pay: $12.77 - $15.00 per hour
